About Water, Health & Wellness
How much water should I drink per day?
You should consult a licensed physician or nutritionist to advice you on that.
Since we are not licensed physicians or nutritionists, we can only offer our opinion based on our own research.
The general recommendation for women is to drink 3 liters per day, and 4 liters for men. However, that depends on how much you weigh and your level of physical activity.
We also recommend listening to your body and gauging it off of that.
How often can I drink the alkaline water?
It is our opinion that you can drink it as often as you'd like but, again, listen to your body and keep in mind that we are not licensed physicians or nutritionists (please see the answer to the previous question).
Can Water & Wellness water be used with CPAP’s, humidifiers, medical and/or dental instruments?
Our Ultra-Purified water is 0 PPM* with zero contaminants and can be used for any of them.
*Parts per million or PPM is a dimensionless measure of the concentration of one substance mixed in with another. For example, the amount of lead in a sample of water, or the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. It’s essentially like a percentage, which you could analogously refer to as “parts per hundred,” but PPM is better suited to substances in much smaller concentrations.
Is your water good for plants, cats and/or dogs?
Dogs can drink any of our types of water, but cats shouldn’t have alkaline water. For plants, we recommend mineral or purified water.
